Little Fwend Tonearm Lifter

Little Fwend is an automatic end-of-the-record tonearm lifter. It is a precision engineered accessory for manual turntables that will prolong the life of your stylus and takes about 10 minutes to install. Little Fwend will work for all tonearms with gimbal, unipivot, dual-pivot and string suspension bearing (incl. Well Tempered Labs), but not linear tracking tonearms.

For safety, power off the turntable motor. Please measure the distance from mounting/plinth surface up to the underside of tonearm wand. Take the measurement when the tonearm has correct VTA and the needle is in the groove. Subtract approx. 1mm from this distance, to make sure there will be safe clearance between the rubber beam and the moving tonearm.

Does the job

Wanted an arm lift and had this recommended, a little fiddly to get right but would expect that anyway, does the job without and problems ie bouncing off as some do, just remember to lightly push lift back into place when are removed, forgot once not a problem but wont forget again. Highly recommend.

I used Little Fwend Short as well as Tru-Lift. The LF is relatively easy to set up and never fails to lift. So, I decided to buy a High version of LF to replace TL. To conclude, LF lets you sleep peacefully.

excellent product only way to use arm lifter with technics turntable im using it on the new sl1200 gr2 model works so well
