unlike what can be seen in the picture, the bearing is delivered without the mounting plate.

I have bought Pro-Ject platter spindle to provide my turntable upgrade. High End spindle is different than you can see on picture, but very high quality. It has ceramic ball on one end to ensure smooth operation.
