Van Den Hul D-501 Silver Hybrid Tonearm Cable

The D-501 Silver Hybrid is a special version of the D-501 Hybrid.

The main difference compared to the D - 501 Hybrid is that its both stranded signal lines are made of highest grade Matched Crystal Silver. To support the tonearm and mixing console industry, this mat black HULLIFLEX jacketed balanced cable was designed: very flexible and with extremely good electrical qualities.

The 2 signal lines are made each of 19 x 0.1 mm highest grade Matched Crystal Silver strands. The hybrid shielding consists of a dense and very pure silver coated high grade Matched Crystal (MC) OFC 72 x 0.1 mm. wire helix with underneath a Linear Structured Carbon (LSC) saturated conductive sub-jacket.

Available in two different termination options: TAC to RCA or RCA to RCA
Available in three different terminated lengths: 1.0m, 1.2m or 1.5m

Instant improvement on the sound my turntable produces.

I’ve spent probably too much on filters and cables - over the last few years.. As with many other hi fi enthusiasts on ‘a budget’ - I’ve not wanted to spend a fortune on new hardware - amplifiers priced at £5 k plus, etc.. This Van den Hul hybrid silver tone arm cable has restored my belief in the efficacy of this approach.
I can state categorically - that this particular item will make an enormous difference to anyone owning a turntable - especially if it’s a low priced one. It’s made the single most stunning difference to the quality of my vinyl playback - of any of the bits and pieces I’ve previously added on.
My system is a basic Audiolab 8200 set up - with a Project 2 Expression Perspex turntable - slightly modified with a Ringmat system and a Russ Andrews a/c power supply .. The Mc cart is an Ortofon Rondo Red..and the power lead is a Russ Andrews Powerkord 500. Of all these modifications- the Van den Hul has given me the most back .. Buy with confidence. All your vinyl records will sound so much better if you do.
