I lost my previous one of these in a house move and replaced it with a cheaper one- mistake. 'Gel' was hard, and didn't pull the dust off the stylus. This one is really effective, even on a seriously gunked up stylus.

Great product however my Da Vinci cartridge doesn’t let the stylus sit square into the hop of the pot as the dust buster is too high !!

Following many recommendations, I decided to buy VP Dust Buster Stylus Cleaner. Works absolutely brilliantly. The only thing you have to do is to get the surface of the VPDB to the same height as your turntable and let the turntable drop the stylus in a controlled manner into the VPDB for a second or two. Brilliant removes all dust instantly.

Amazing that even with brushing and cleaning records what is still picked up by a stylus and how well this cleans that off. Highly recommended.
