One of our new members to the ever-growing Smart family is called the Smart GLE 9 and fits perfectly into the existing family portfolio. The attractive housing has an understated, elegant design: Lacquered fronts and housings with white or black leaves give the Smart GLE 9 a high-quality look. Of course, great value was also put into the construction of this very attractive speaker. Place the speakers in your living space, plug them in and feed them music or soundtracks from any source device. We gave the Smart GLE 9 many inputs: starting with analog connections in XLR or RCA versions and digital versions in coaxial or optical design, From USB interface with XMOS for computers to wireless playback via Bluetooth with apt-X, everything is incorporated here. We pack a selection of cables into the speaker boxes so you can start listening to music or watching movies at home right after purchase.

Unbeatable value for money

The all-new Smart GLE 9 contains the musical and technical genes from the best-selling GLE range. At an enticingly low price, we offer a complete pair of floorstanding speakers with updated technology and the most advanced features of our smart speakers. Four healthy and strong chassis are spread over the slim bulkhead, which grows 107cm in height. Thanks to the small housing width of just 21 cm, the Smart GLE 9 remains extremely friendly in the living space. We incorporate a powerful 350 Watt amplifier unit into each loudspeaker. This eliminates the need for an external amplifier and, once you connect a source to one of the many inputs, you can start listening to music and movies straight away.

Convincing sound in all positions

This is ensured by the high-quality aluminum mid and bass drivers and the superb aluminium-manganese dome tweeter. The two 192mm woofers in the high bass reflex volume deliver power, dynamics and bass pressure, supported by an optimally tuned bass reflex channel. Our multi-curve surround waves, which allow a long path and show less partial oscillations at high frequencies, were created by computer simulations. As a result, our Smart GLE 9 achieves very high sound pressure levels without sound distortion. The 25 mm tweeter offers the best radiation behavior thanks to the front transmission plate and the sound-optimized protective metal mask.

Immerse yourself in virtual worlds

The Smart GLE 9 speakers are great entertainers. As a stereo pair, they sound surprisingly good with music and transport their listeners to virtual worlds at the touch of a button. The Smart GLE 9 is compatible with multi-channel audio formats and becomes a powerful home theater system with a connected TV – Virtual Surround makes it possible. Thanks to the integrated scrolling screen on the front of the loudspeaker, you are always informed about the operating modes. And with other Smart models, you can set up a great-sounding 4.0 home theater system in no time, virtually imaging the center channel for the best possible dialogue clarity.
