bFly Audio Flatline Plus Isolation Platform
The FlatLine PLUS is strongly recommended If the sound from your current system is very harsh or sterile sounding - for instance low cost or early generation CD players and low end turntables.
Note: The BaseOne offers slightly greater solidity, detail and spatial 3D imaging over the entry level FlatLine series.
Summary of the components:
19 mm thick quality multiplex birch wood internal - matt black external finish;
3 PLUS feet (this "tripod" arrangement normally results in the best results, although an optional additional foot can be added if preferred, increasing the maximum load capacity from 55kg to 70kg).
The PLUS feet consist of the following 2 layers:
- disc of soft polymer gel
- ring of high quality cork and rubber
both of these layers are encapsulated within an aluminium cup
