Simply and amazing performer

Just received the MP100 today. Right out of the box it sounded very impressive, especially considering its price point. Highly recommended if you are on a look for a budget MC cartridge.

the MP100 is regular shape thus making setup a breeze. tracking force set to 2.0g on my Rega RP6. phono preamp is a Schitt Mani.

even fresh out of the box, the sound is pretty decent and i can't wait to listen to the fully run in sound.. haha...

based on my setup, i can say the sound from this MP100 outdo the AT95E (ok sound but does not shine in any areas) and even an Ortofon 2M Blue (made my LPs sounded like CDs), both i have previously used. the mind blowing part is its sonic performance even now stands on par with my Rega Exact cartridge that comes as stock with RP6.

so for those wanting to try out a cartridge without spending too much money, this little baby is highly recommended.
