Gives me peace of mind...
09 June 2021  |

Being a busy senior I sometimes forget to wait until the end of the record to lift the tone arm, this alleviates any anxiety. Also, I've read on many sites that this is not compatible with a Audio Technica 1240 USB turntable. Took 10 minutes to set up mine which differs greatly from the Audio Technica installation instructions. I just can't beleive how well this works!

Fantastic

I spend a while making sure this was going to be stuck down first time & correctly. Was not that much of an issue getting right. This works on the Rega P6 plinths surface inside the circular cut out of the aluminium brace plate.

A really worthwhile addition to your manual table. Just remember to reset it or the arm will jump when colliding with the previously raised life platform. Quality product.

Flexible, Easy To Set Up Tonearm Lift
08 July 2020  |

I have two AT6006R lifts on my turntable. One for a VPI JMW 12" 3DR tonearm and one for an Ortofon RS-309D tonearm. These lifts work flawlessly. They occupy minimal space, support a wide range of height settings (27mm - 105mm) and are easily adjustable on the fly. The basic lift adjusts from 27mm - 39mm. There are two additional spacers - one is 12mm and the other is 24mm. If one or more spacers are required, there are double sided adhesive discs provided to attach the lift to the spacers. The adhesive discs are also used to attach the lift to the plinth or an armboard. You can also used double sided tape if you run out of these discs. The lift is easy to adjust, you simply loosening a thumb screw and moving the lifter up or down. This is especially useful with the Ortofon RS-309D tonearm which has a removable headshell as various cartridge/headshell combinations change the tonearm's VTA height. I have used other lift mechanisms (Qup and Expressimo Audio Lift). All of them work well. I find that the AT-6006R is the easiest to set up and easiest to adjust on the fly.
