really great value headshell

Bought this for my Technics 1210GR and new AT VM95ML which together sound excellent. Cartridge still running in but already sound lovely in new heavier headshell. Had to add extra weight (supplied with deck) to get the correct balance owing to the heavier weight re stock Technics 'shell.

A definite cost effective upgrade I feel.
Excellent price and service foo Analogue Seduction whom I will definitely be using in the future.

Makes a big difference...but...

I've installed the LH-2000 along with an Achromat on my Technics SL-1210GR. The sound is much more open, as well as tighter and more precise.
One word of warning though. This headshell is a fair bit heavier that the original Technics 'shell. I had to use the extra counterweight on the arm. My cartridge weighs 7.2g and the counterweight is towards the back of the arm to balance properly. A heavy cartridge might not balance properly using the Technics arm and this headshell.
However, with the right cartridge (I use the Ortofon 2M Blue) it is well worth the money.
