Linn are one of the most well known and highly respected brands in the audio industry. Their reputation for designing well engineered products is only surpassed by their ability to create components tat simply sound exceptional.
The latest addition to their range is the Klimax Solo 800 Monoblock amplifier and If there was ever a piece of equipment that demanded a support system that not only provided effective isolation but was also every match for the clean aesthetics, this is it. We are extremely proud to have created the KS-8 which is a sympathetic design to compliment Linn's amplifiers.
The KS-8 utilises all our latest developments including our highly acclaimed ISOL-X2 hanger technology, whilst our Deep Layer Chassis Construction (DLCC) increases the mass, density and stiffness for even greater energy dissipation.
The bedrock of all this new innovation is the Concealed Design System (CDS), a new design philosophy which allows us to conceal the ISOL-X2 technology, thus creating a smooth design aesthetic with clean lines to all sides of the platform.
Levelling of the KS-8 is achieved by our new fully adjustable levelling system which uses our proprietary footbed technology for perfect levelling on most surfaces.
There's no doubt that the Linn monoblocks are one of the worlds finest amplifiers but its well understood that allowing any equipment to perform to its full potential relies partly upon what the equipment is standing on and its interactions with the room, the floor and other equipment in the room. The KS-8 provides the most symbiotic, bespoke isolation support system and is one of our most advanced isolation platform to date.
We spent many months developing the KS-8 so as to create compliment the Linn Klimax in both design and performance.
