The Music Hall ha25.3 provides an output power of 268 mW for headphones with an impedance of 300 ohms, 770 mW for 33 ohms and a whopping 500 mW for headphones with only 8 ohms impedance. With symmetrical headphones, 340 mW is still available at 8 ohms impedance. 8 ohms is also the recommended minimum impedance given by the manufacturer.

The manufacturer cites the particularly low crosstalk as an essential feature, as well as very little noise and excellent sound over a wide frequency range. It should be emphasized that the new Music Hall ha25.3 not only has a symmetrical XLR connector for headphones, but also a 6.3 mm stereo jack connection and a 3.5 mm stereo mini jack connection.
