Small and handy.  The Nitty Gritty Record Cleaning Brush has a velvet covering with a deep pile to reach the bottom of almost any record. 

Its fine fibers can easily penetrate both microgroove, LP records, as well as, vintage 78s   It has a round cleaning end, so you can rotate the the bruch slowly as the record turns underneath, and scoop out dust and debrise.  Recommended for general use.  It can be used wet or dry.
