Oyaide OSP-SS Stainless Steel Spike (OCB-1 Ver.2012)

In the spring of 2012, Oyaide Electric's power tap "OCB-1 series" underwent a minor change, and various optional items became available to be attached to the bottom of the tap. By installing these optional items, not only is the installation more stable, but it is also possible to pursue a variety of tones by selecting the optional items, even though it is the same power tap.
Optional items such as the machined brass spikes "OSP-SC," the granite base "OCB-BS," and the multi-base insulator "INS-BS" have already been well received by many OCB-1 users.
At the end of 2012, a new option "OSP-SS" will be released exclusively for the OCB-1 Series Ver. 2012.
Features
"OSP-SS" is a spike machined with high precision from SUS303 stainless steel. The M4 screw is machined integrally with the spike on the OCB-1 mounting side, and can be easily screwed to the bottom of the OCB-1 Series Ver.2012.
The OSP-SS can be installed on the latest minor change model of the OCB-1 series. It is designed to be screwed to the four corners of the bottom of the OCB-1. The screw size is M4. Therefore, the OSP-SS can be installed on any device other than the OCB-1 that has an M4 screw hole.
OSP-SS allows OCB-1 to achieve point contact and dampen vibrations from the floor. By damping vibrations, which are the main cause of sound quality degradation, OCB-1's performance is further enhanced. The high rigidity of stainless steel allows ideal point contact. Clear contrast, damped low range, and clear mid-high range breathe new life into OCB-1.
The OCB-1 Ver. 2012 can be distinguished from previous OCB-1 models by whether or not there is a gold screw hole on the bottom of the OCB-1.
