Synergistic Research Atmosphere SX Reference Subwoofer Interconnect

Atmosphere SX Reference Subwoofer interconnects start with 5th Generation Tricon Silver Matrix geometries running in parallel with Silver Air String geometries featuring pure 6-9’s, silver conductors, in an Air Dialectric hand-made in our California factory. We utilize the same High-Frequency Long Duration Conditioning Process originally developed for our state-of-the-art SRX cable loom. The same conditioning process that makes our Purple Fuses the world’s highest performance and surpassing fuses costing several thousands of dollars. To lower your system’s noise floor and to improve cable shield performance, Atmosphere SX Reference Subwoofer cable is engineered to divert noise picked up on the cable’s shield to a house-ground with the included wall connector. To lower your system’s noise floor further, connect the cable shields to a Synergistic Research Ground Block or Active Ground Block. Exclusively developed for Atmosphere SX are small Carbon Fibre UEF Tuning Discs placed along strategic points on the cable’s shield and inside connectors to lower the floor and increase resolution without harshness.

 

Lastly, these are the most versatile and highest performance interconnects in the lineup, with two Galileo SX Tuning Bullets that allow you to alter the balance of the cables from warm and liquid to detailed and dynamic. When voicing Atmosphere SX cables to your system, compare both the Gold and Silver Galileo bullets on a component-by-component basis and pick the option that sounds best. User Tip: very few systems, if any, benefits from all one color or another. In fact, most systems will sound best with a majority of either Gold or Silver bullets, but with a component or two that perform best with the opposite color. Gallio SX Gold Tuning Bullets capture warmer sound with liquidity over pin point spatial detail. Galileo SX Silver Tuning Bullets are detailed and dynamic with a pinpoint focus at the expense of liquidity. All systems benefit from a majority of either Gold or Silver with a component or two that will sound best with the other option. Tuning individual cables with UEF Bullets achieves the best sound characteristics of both Gold and Silver with a bespoke balance unique to your system.

  • Atmosphere SX Level 4 UEF Matrix Shielding: 2 different UEF coatings with Graphene are applied to UEF Cell, connectors and cabling and ground significantly reducing the noise floor and allowing a purer signal to transfer with less grain providing more warmth and detail. The conductors and ground plane and UEF Cell also benefit from dampening effect that UEF provides
  • SRX Long Duration Quantum Tunneling: After the cable is completely assembled all connections and cabling are treated with 1,000,000 volts of electricity at specific frequencies and pulse modulations, creating a canal in the conductor material and contact points at the molecular level that allows electrons to flow more freely. This allows the maximum amount of low level information through the conductors and provides for the highest amount of realism in your music

  SR Ground Block (optional):

  Atmosphere SX Reference Subwoofer interconnects have shields that can be grounded direct to earth with supplied ground cables bypassing your component’s power supplies for a lower system noise floor.
  • To improve performance further still use an optional SR Ground Block with its UEF Ground Filter to elevate overall system performance; not only can you star ground and UEF filter the shields on all Atmosphere 2-4 interconnects and speaker cables in your system, but can also ground all of your system’s components to the Ground Block for a dramatic lowering of your system’s noise floor for greater detail, clarity and musicality.
