Makes VTA adjustments easier than the stock shallow nut. 25 February 2023 | Mark
I have a mid '90s Rega Planar 3 and the nut needs the hole to be rebated so that enough threads of the adjuster are available. A few minutes with a Dremel or similar and the job is done.

Bought this to use with the origin live vta adjuster.
Works well and has enough thread bearing to be easy to use. Do note however, that there is very little room for the tonearm cable once it's fitted with the standard rega feet, so beware if using lower aftermarket feet or a thicker cable.

Second one I buy for the other rega tonearm. A must have item; much easier to use than a simple nut. Best to use with a VTA adjuster as a perfect combo.

The looks and feel of this item is as advertised.I have not screwed it to the Alliance Arm by (Origin Live) as yet there is no doubt it will fit because it is the same thread pattern as Rega RB300
would do business,and recommend this comp: to my friends...

Quite effective VTA adjuster needs a bit of drilling to be able to fit the original Rega 3
