More convenient than using a CD but not much more effective. The word 'calibration' in the product description is misleading as there is no means for calibrating azimuth with this device. The inclusion of lines etched into the reflective surface would enable this but are not provided.

Works great with one of those perspex asimuth gauges. However, it is just a credit card sized mirror with no lines scribed to help alignment.
