Painstakingly created using traditional woodworking techniques, the Avia planer magnetic headphone features Quad-Former technology, which utilises an ultra-thin diaphragm that although delicate, offers the perfect mix of strength and flexibility. Coils on either side are energised by the magnet packs, all of which is housed within a zebra wood/metal CNC’d chassis. The fine fish-scaled mesh and wood ear cup housing finishes off what is a beautiful design that sounds as good as it looks.
The Avia’s suede headband is both soft and comfortable and malleable enough to fit to any head-shape, whilst the ear pads are made from high protein leather and velvet (for skin-friendly comfort) with memory foam internals. Designed so as not to put any pressure on the wearer, the Avia’s are the perfect headphone for those who enjoy long listening sessions. The package is completed with a removable 6N single crystal cable fitted with 4.4mm penticom plug, 3.5mm adaptor and leather carry case.
