With some dificulty I bought an LP from the US but when it arrived it was warped.I'd tried some DIY remedies over the years but they didn't work so when I found that AS had the proper machines I sent it off and within five days it was returned perfectly flat. I was really impressed and very happy that my record was now playable. I'd already phoned in advance and had a good chat with them about the procedure and found them to be very helpful. I would definitely recommend this service.

Excellent service, I sent 7 LP's to be flattened, 3 of which I've never been able to play, all returned perfectly flat. Will use again, and would recommend.

I have recently used this service for the first time, and I'd admit, I was a little nervous about sending my records away but I don't know why I was worried because the service was first class! The records I sent away were ones I received as a gift and I stupidly stored them near a radiator hence the warping. I was gutted and thought I would have to buy new copies until I found out about this service. When my records were returned I was absolutely delighted with the results. They were packaged with care and no warping! I have recently discovered 2 further albums that have warping (not left by a radiator this time!) in my collection and I have placed another order. Guys, if you have any records in your collection that are badly warped, please use this service - the return was really quick as well, no complaints! Thank you Analogue Seduction!!

I had two records with varying warps one that I had just bought from overseas and very rare on contacting the seller they failed to respond so I sent both records to analogue seductions and both records returned warp free highly recommended
