I purchased the flattener hoping that it would help to flatten a few warped records I had recently purchased. I am delighted to report that it works perfectly! Easy to operate and with a 100% success rate. I am an extremely satisfied customer.

Fantastic product.
Have used it on about 20 twelve inch vinyls so far. Perfect results every time. Flat as a mill pond. Marginal improvements in the sound dynamics afterwards on some records as well.
Great purchase for anyone with a large treasured record collection or even for a record shop.

The ORB is a marvellous piece of kit which has already restored a dozen lps to their flat state, it even flattened a badly heat warped record which sadly had groove damage otherwise that would have been back on the turntable - highly recommended if you have a large collection

A well designed equipment which performs as promised. In many cases it's better to choose the higher temperature operation to completely flatten serious warped discs. It's very safe for vinyls and works in fully automatic process. Very suggested and with an interesting price.

Absolutely superb unit that will satisfactorily flatten most warped records without a trace...also, bearing in mind that the whole process is really reversing the resistance of warps in the first place it's a miracle that it works at all...this model has more complex settings than the original & therefore offers further nuance...a total blessing for all those unplayable gems...🙌

I purchased the Record Flattener about a month ago and am delighted with the results, it does exactly what it says it will do. I have also found that the Vinyl Record sound is vastly improved in dynamics and clarity so much so that I am also putting my records through the fattener even if they don't need it!
I find with a warped Lp it is best to leave it in the flattener for extended cooling up to a further 12 hours.
Expensive but worth every penny!!

Received the ORB DF-01IA on the 11/01/2018. I am happy with my purchase. I've done 6pcs of vinyl and more on the way by the Great Composer publish by Marshall Cavendish Ltd .These which I bought seal album old stock from a collector. When I open them they were all warp in part due to the record was below 120grm disc. I had to do twice on each record side A and B to get it perfectly flat. A great buy would highly recommend this product. Joseph from Singapore.

I had to wait for a while for the item due probably to its popularity. After 3 weeks, finally got the the Orb and I have to say that it is quite amazing. A must-have for all those with a huge old LP collection !

Just very recently I obtained this flattener. I've done by now 5 LP's.
This flattener recudes uneven lp's for quit a great amount. They become not total even as far as I've seen uptil now by only 5 LP's. I'll do some expirements by double treament afterwards.
I'm very happy with this ORB-flattener!
